Return Window & Eligibility
Customers have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return for roofing materials. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original packaging.
Roofing Materials-Specific Non-Returnable Items
- Custom or special order items
- Used roofing materials
- Hygiene products, such as safety gear and personal protective equipment
- Digital goods, including installation guides and software
- Perishable items, such as adhesives and sealants that have a limited shelf life
Return Condition Requirements
All returned items must be in their original condition, unopened, and with all tags and labels attached. Any items that show signs of use, damage, or alteration will not be accepted for return.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@tackroofing.com. Provide your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant photos of the item. We will guide you through the return process.
Refund Method & Timeline
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
Defective / Wrong Items
If you receive a defective or wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a return and provide a replacement or refund based on your preference. Please provide photos of the defective item to facilitate the process.
